Christina has been a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) since 2011, is the Founder of Discover A Better You LLC, and Co-founder of the nonprofit Heart-Centered Matters. Her most recent passion projects are the launch of her online store Legacy Leaders and the upcoming release of her book The Uncommon Sense on Dating.
Christina is a wife, mother, and Serial Entrepreneur, fueled by her passion for human connection. Although she is an introvert by nature, She has learned to overcome her fears and find her voice.
Christina’s faith in God has carried her through a lost and challenging time in her early adult life and multiple stages of brokenness to healing in her later years. She reflects on those moments as she inspires her clientele with the the truth of possibility, no matter what they have faced in their past.
Christina has found indescribable joy planting and watering the seeds of confidence and unshakable self worth to everyone in her life. Her driving force has been to bring each client to a high level of self awareness.
Christina’s desire is that her clients have a genuine understanding of how they best portray, attract, and express love. This combination of awareness, understanding of self, effective communication, healthy boundaries, and a side of support, are the perfect recipe for great relationships (personal and professional).
Christina coaches from a place of humility and looks at every situation through multiple lenses of perspective. She offers practical advice as well as thought-provoking insight from her own life experiences, as well as knowledge she’s learned from others along life’s journey. In this way, she is able to guide her clients to fulfilling and healthy relationships.
