With extensive experience in Life Coaching and a vast history of client success, our individualized 360 approach will help you attain your goals. My business partner, Mary, and I provide both personal and professional business coaching through our company Discover A Better You LLC.

Maze of Life is a private company and franchised resource center that provides mandated and proactive in-person or virtual classes led by counselors and coaches who are CAMS Certified (Certified Anger Management Specialists).
Operating as a private franchised company in 20 states and rapidly expanding, we embody the motto ‘One Company, Many Partners.’
We serve individuals, organizations, and communities by offering 30+ customized classes and tailored support to meet our clientele's needs.

Book Releases
In order to be an effective coach, you have to learn best practices, have had enough experience to be relatable and deliver helpful lessons, and truly have a heart for the clientele you serve. As a professionally trained and experienced Certified Professional Coach for the past 14 years, I have both the experience and tools, as well as the understanding to help you do these two things: recognize areas of opportunity for growth and build upon your strengths. One of the ways I help you is with books and materials, many of which I have personally authored and curated for my clientele. What is the most recent work I've completed? The Uncommon Sense on Dating, a 30-day guided journal on better understanding yourself and your dating life.

Giving Back
Coaching isn't only for those who seek it out. It's also to serve the youth who may not yet even comprehend the value. So many of our adult coaching clients say to us, “If I only had been taught that concept as a child…” Providing invaluable relationship tools for strong mental health to our youth should be normalized. Together, with my business partner Mary, we provide heart-centered Relationship Coaching to support the Mental Health to high school and college students through our 501c3 nonprofit Heart-Centered Matters.
